PROCESSING AND TIMING

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order ships out.

Timing for Shipping within Europe: 

It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order. If you place your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. Once processed, orders are shipped at 3pm Monday - Friday from our Skellefteå headquarter. (Does not apply to special orders with a longer preparation date, such as customised products).

Timing for Shipping within outside of Europe: 

If you place an expedited order before noon EST, you can expect your order to be shipped that same day. If your order is placed after noon EST, your order will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. (Does not apply to special orders with a longer preparation date, such as customised products).

Please note: International customers are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of merchandise. In this scenario, shipping time can be significantly delayed and in some cases the customer is required to retrieve their package from the customs office.


SHIPPING

Feels Like North ships worldwide:

  • Free ground shipping on all orders within Europe

  • $50 flat fee on all out-of-Europe orders

All Europe orders are shipped via DHL and all out-of-Europe orders are shipped via FedEx. International customers are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of merchandise. We do not ship to Military/APO/FPO addresses. 

PAYMENT

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel an order you have placed with Feels Like North you must contact us by email hello@feelslikenorth.com. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

OUT OF STOCK POLICY

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out­ of­ stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out­ of­ stock items are in stock again within four (4) weeks. Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory but can be special ordered for you and shipped within four (4) weeks. If you select one of these items, your checkout page will indicate the actual shipping date.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with every Feels Like North purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days after you receive your order. If more than 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in unused condition, in their original product packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Feels Like North reserves the right to deny refunds, or charge a restocking fee if the merchandise returned does not meet the requirements above.

The cost of shipping an item back to Feels Like North is always the responsibility of the customers. The original shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Feels Like North is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments so we recommend you ensure your return. International orders are not eligible for returns.

REFUND

It may take up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive your shipment. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that your refund has been processed & issued. Any shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded. 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

You understand and agree that Feels Like North shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused by shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Feels Like North will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. Please note that international orders may be shipped via regular airmail and often do not come with a tracking number. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

Privacy Policy

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. By using our site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. 

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?
