Does every item have the same quality?

Wooden goods are sometimes slightly different in textures, color, grain, and the occasional crust. These are the natural qualities of the wood.

What would be the best way to prepare and take care of a wooden product before using it?

It depends on its use. For our wooden mugs, we suggest using warm salt water to clean the item and then dry it. Most of our products are coated with natural oil so there will be no need for any extra oil protection, but you can use mineral oil to paint over the surface after a few weeks.

What should I be careful about while using wooden products?

Wood as a natural material is durable, long lasting, sustainable and has a low thermal conductivity. However, it should not be hit hard, exposed to the sun or a very high temperature for a long period of time, heated up in a microwave, washed by dishwashers, soaked too long in water, washed with bleach or exposed to fire.

Who is making all of your products?

We do. Both of us - Konrad and Agnes. Agnes is the author of all the photographs that you can see on our postcards and posters, and she also hand-weaves earrings and other jewellery and home decorations. Konrad is working with the wood, carving mugs, antlers and furnitures. All the elements for earrings are imported from wholesalers, just like oils and varnishes. We acquire wood locally, supporting the development of the region.

How do I recycle your products?

When it comes to the mugs, you can just put them in the ground, as they are 100% natural. Other products should be recycled in accordance with the individual materials used for the production.
